Text: Stayed in this amazing apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Loved that I had my own private balcony and access to a large swimming pool. Great location, close to the racecourse and beach. Just ignore the tired look of the place, it adds character!

Staff were most welcoming and responded to any requests.
The plug wasn't the right size for the spa.

The rooms were well appointed for a family with a bathroom and ensuite facilities. Great value for money for families attending Randwick races or sports at Moore Park.
Reception not being operated at least during the day can make getting information somewhat difficult.

Title: Great Family Stay at Randwick Apartments
My wife says that it would have been even better if there was a playground or play area for the children within the apartment complex.

The location was great. Front of the building was nice and well kept. Nice quite area. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Every thing was OK but we were in Room 516 and the room needs to be updated. Some of the cupboard doors were old and fronts were melted from the heat of the stove. Carpet need to be replaced and the door in the bathroom need to be fixed.

I recently stayed at a conveniently located hotel in the Eastern Suburbs and I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the excellent facilities they offer. The hotel is situated across the road from the Randwick racecourse, which was a great bonus for me as a horse racing enthusiast. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a relatively comfortable king bed and two bathrooms. I was very satisfied with the attention to detail and basic amenities provided by this hotel.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were okay.

We found Randwick Apartments comfortable and pleasant to stay in while visiting family nearby. Our apartment was on the north side and had a sunny balcony (although it was too cold to sit out on it in early September). The 2 roomed apartment had all we needed and, being on the opposite side to the main road was fairly quiet. There is a good bus route from the road outside every 10-15minutes to the Central Business District (cbd) of Sydney and to Circular Quays where the harbour ferries terminate but may take over 30minutes at peak hours. All in all, good value as a place to stay while exploring Sydney.
The reception desk is only manned at certain times so it is a good idea to telephone to make arrangements for collecting the key to the apartment before you arrive. If self catering, the Randwick local shops are half a mile along the road, although there is a basic shop on the garage next door. Bus passes are not normally needed but can only be obtained at the Randwick shops or in the city centre.

Good size apartment, secure undercover parking, foxtel tv, air-conditioning, close to buses to the city or beaches. Quiet room away from Allison Road.
Lack of local information available in the rooms or foyer eg. bus routes or timetables. No plug in kitchen sink and reception only open specific times. Noisy garbage collection on Tuesday mornings!!!!

It is in a very convenient area, and Paul and Analiza are very nice people.
We have stayed at randwick apartments many times in the past we were disappointed this year as we were given an apartment that hadn't been updated like the others the patio set was very basic compared to the other apartments also there was no gym, BBQ, and the pool was closed. We were charged at the full rate for all these facilities.

The caretakers and central reservation staffs were very kind, swift, and trustful. The room was well-equipped for a lont-term stay. Good location: just 10~15-minute bus ride to the city center, Coogee or Bondi Beach, etc.
As of 15/06/2012, a swimming/spa facility was out of order (without notification). Besides, the re-construction of the swimming/spa facility was making considerable noise from 7 am in the morning sometimes.

Well Located and secure parking. Convenient to catch a bus to beach or the city. Reasonably modern and comfortable though a little small. plasma TV was good but remotes need to work properly.
The lifts were too slow. The Spa was not working and even though reported nothing was done to fix it. I think the Aircon was only good for the living room and did not circulate to the two bedrooms especially the small room which was always hot and stuffy.
